Welcome

Welcome to my personal website. There isn’t much to see at the moment, but make sure to check back later once I am finished setting up!

In the meantime you can follow me on the following social networks:

I’m currently studying chemistry at university on an integrated masters program. While I have a passionate interest for all areas of chemistry, including physical, organic, inorganic, and synthetic, my main interests lie in computational chemistry.

In addition to my love for chemistry, I also have strong skills in several programming languages. Below I have listed my current actively developed (FOSS) software projects.

MolGLide (Molecular Sketcher)

MolGLide is a project that was initially developed in OpenGL (hence the GL), but eventually I decided to rewrite it in Java Swing.

The project itself is written in Kotlin, and can be thought of as an extremely simple version of ChemDraw.

At the moment, molecules can be exported as SVGs. Reaction, mechanism, and resonance arrows can be drawn, but unfortunately, I’m still working on implementing formal charges.

More projects to come later!
